Regulations -----------------------

On March 16, the Environmental Quality Board approved final regulations increasing Chapter 91 and 92a water quality permit fees.  Read more here.

The Environmental Quality Board published notice in the March 20 PA Bulletin of proposed regulations for public comment making clarifications and corrections to regulations covering noncoal mining operations.

The Fish and Boat Commission published notice in the March 20 PA Bulletin of the boat and marine forfeiture maximum amount for 2020.

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the March 20 PA Bulletin of bond rate guidelines for the calculation of land reclamation bonds for coal mining operations

Permits ------------

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the March 20 PA Bulletin inviting comments on 64 applications for coverage under General permit WMGR123 for the processing and reuse of liquid oil and gas drilling waste (PA Bulletin, page 1553).  Read more here.

DEP published notice in the March 20 PA Bulletin of final conditional state water quality certification under Section 401 of the Clean Water act for PA State programmatic General Permit 6 (PASPGP-6).
