Regulations -----------------------

The Public Utility Commission invites comments on a proposed rulemaking addressing the replacement of consumer-owned lead service lines and damaged wastewater service laterals (DWSL) and the recovery of associated costs.  (PA Bulletin, page 1802)

Pennsylvania Bulletin - April 3, 2021

Technical Guidance -------------------

The Fish and Boat Commission published notice in the April 3 PA Bulletin of a change in the Class A Wild Trout Streams Statement Of Policy.

The PA Infrastructure Investment Authority and DEP published notice in the April 3 PA Bulletin of environmental assessments approved for water infrastructure projects to be considered by PennVEST for funding.

Permits ------------

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the April 3 PA Bulletin inviting comments on an application for coverage under General Permit WMGR123 by EQT drilling for processing, transfer and beneficial use of drilling wastewater in Aleppo Township, Greene County within 60 days.  (PA Bulletin, page 1867)

The Susquehanna River Basin Commission published notices in the April 3 PA Bulletin on--

-- Actions taken at the March 12 business meeting;

-- Projects approved for consumptive uses of water in January;

-- Projects approved for consumptive uses of water in February; and

-- Notice of Grandfathered water withdrawal registrations in February.
