DCED’s PA Grade Crude (Oil) Development Advisory Council is scheduled to hold a virtual meeting on April 22-- Earth Day-- on several important topics--

-- Continue review of a draft copy of DEP’s conventional oil and gas drilling regulations

[Final regulations covering conventional oil and gas drilling were killed by the industry before they became effective through a law passed in 2016.  This is the follow-up to that action seven years later. [Read more here];
