Delaware RiverKeeper, Partners Call On DCNR To increase Water Releases To The Lower Tohickon Creek In Bucks County

The Delaware Riverkeeper Network, the Tinicum Conservancy and the National Park Service are calling on the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources to release more water into the Tohickon Creek in Bucks County to help improve recreational conditions in the stream.

To help explain the issue, the Delaware RiverKeeper just released a video on the issue.

The Lower Tohickon Creek below Lake Nockamixon and Nockamixon State Park is a stream enjoyed by kayakers, anglers and people who love the outdoors.  The clean water in this stretch provides important habitat for wildlife.
