The Department of Environmental Protection published notices in the December 11 PA Bulletin (PA Bulletin, page 7783) inviting public comments on Erosion and Sedimentation permit renewal applications for the Mariner East Pipeline covering rights of way segments in 15 counties.

The counties include Berks, Blair, Cambria, Chester, Cumberland, Dauphin, Delaware, Huntingdon, Indiana, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, Washington, Westmoreland
