DEP Invites Comments On Air Quality Permit For Lackawanna Energy Center Gas-Fired Power Plant In Lackawanna County At May 25 Hearing

The Department of Environmental Protection published notice in the April 9 PA Bulletin of a May 25 public hearing on the initial air quality permit for the Lackawanna Energy Center Natural Gas-Fired Power Plant in Jessup, Lackawanna County. (PA Bulletin, page 2182)

The hearing will be held at the Valley View High School, located at 1 Columbus Drive, Archbald, Lackawanna County from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
