DEP Citizens Advisory Council Meets May 18 To Hear Presentation On DEP’s Expanded Conventional Abandoned Well Plugging Program

DEP’s Citizens Advisory Council is scheduled to meet May 18 to hear a presentation on DEP’s expanded conventional abandoned well plugging program funded by the federal Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.

Kurt Klapkowski, Acting Deputy Secretary for Oil and Gas Management will make the presentation on the new conventional oil and gas well plugging program.
