The following DEP notices were published in the October 29 PA Bulletin related to oil and gas industry facilities.  Many of the notices offer the opportunity for public comments.

Delaware River Port Facility

-- Energy Transfer Marketing & Terminals: DEP invites comments on a Air Quality Permit application for a port facility for petroleum product offloading to a pipeline in Tinicum Twp., Delaware County to change the classification of the facility from major stationary source to a minor source. -- Empire Pipeline, Inc.: DEP proposes to issue an Air Quality Permit for the Jackson Compressor Station in Jackson Twp., Tioga County. (PA Bulletin, page 6750)

-- Equitrans, LP: DEP issued conditional Air Quality Approval covering de minimis emissions for a natural gas dehydration unit in Jefferson Twp., Greene County. (PA Bulletin, page 6777)

-- CNX Gas Company LLC: DEP accepting comments on Waste Permit Application for Water, Wastewater Storage Impoundment in Findlay Twp., Allegheny County. (PA Bulletin, page 6748)

--  EPP Renewable Energy LLC: DEP determination of applicability for WMGM055 General Permit for landfill gas generated by decomposition of waste in Hopewell Twp., Cumberland County. (PA Bulletin, page 6748)
