The PA Solar Center will host a November 18 webinar on PA Solar Guidebooks: Helping Landowners and Municipalities Navigate Solar Growth from Noon to 1:15 p.m.

As solar projects continue to multiply across the country, many Pennsylvanians are looking for easy-to-access, practical knowledge on what the solar development process looks like in our state.

That’s why the Pennsylvania Solar Center and Fair Shake Environmental Legal Services have teamed up to develop two Guidebooks for two very important stakeholder groups -- Landowners and Municipal Leaders.

Join us for an early preview of our Solar Guidebooks for Pennsylvania Landowners and Municipal Leaders.

Our Landowner Guidebook and Municipal Guidebook are designed to provide useful information on some of the most important aspects of the solar development process, such as helpful information on the different stages of a solar lease agreement and the required regulatory processes for solar development in Pennsylvania, as well as other important legal, technical, and practical considerations to ensure all stakeholders can share in solar’s benefits.

We’re going to dig into the details of these Guidebooks with members of the Fair Shake Environmental Legal Services’ team, including Michael Parker, Executive Director and Managing Attorney, as well as Jennifer Clark, PA Staff Attorney.

Michael and Jen have dedicated their time and expertise to research the relevant local, state, and federal requirements as well as conduct a collaborative interview process to ensure each guidebook integrates the perspectives of stakeholders across the solar value chain.
