The following DEP notices were published in the November 5 PA Bulletin related to oil and gas industry facilities.  Many of the notices offer the opportunity for public comments.

-- Sunoco Pipeline LP - Coal Township Release Site: DEP received a Final Report on the remediation of groundwater contaminated with unleaded gasoline in Coal Twp., Northumberland County.  (PA Bulletin, page 6920)

-- EQT Corporation - David C. Duncan Well Pad A: DEP received a Final Report on remediation of soil contamination with drilling wastewater and lube oil in Cascade Twp., Lycoming County.  (PA Bulletin, page 6920)

-- EQT Corporation - Trax Farm Well Pad: DEP received a Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with aluminum, barium, boron, iron, lithium, manganese, selenium, vanadium, zinc, and chloride in Union Twp., Washington County. (PA Bulletin, page 6921)

-- PA General Energy Co. LLC - Potato Creek 1H Well Pad: DEP received a Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with aluminum, barium, boron, chloride, chromium, copper, lead, lithium, selenium, strontium, and zinc and groundwater contaminated with aluminum, arsenic, barium, boron, chloride, chromium, copper, lead, lithium, selenium, strontium, vanadium, and zinc in Norwich Twp., McKean County.  (PA Bulletin, page 6921)

-- CPV Fairview LLC - CPV Fairview Energy Center: DEP issued Air Quality Plan Approval extension for temporary operation and change of responsible officials in Jackson Twp., Cambria County.  (PA Bulletin, page 6924)

-- Shawville Power LLC - Shawville Generating Station: DEP issued revised Title V Air Quality Permit for the facility’s responsible officials located in Bradford Twp., Clearfield County.  (PA Bulletin, page 6926)
