The following DEP notices were published in the December 31 PA Bulletin related to oil and gas industry facilities.  Many of the notices offer the opportunity for public comments.

Land Recycling/Brownfield Cleanups

-- Blackhill Energy, LLC - Kingsley E6H Well Pad: DEP received Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated by drilling wastewater in Springfield Twp., Bradford County.  (PA Bulletin, page 8272)

-- EQT Corporation - COP Tract 551B: DEP received Final Report on remediation of soil contamination with drilling production fluid in McIntyre Twp., Lycoming County.  (PA Bulletin, page 8272)

-- Philadelphia Energy Solutions Refinery: DEP received Remedial Investigation Report on remediation of groundwater contaminated with lead and organics in Philadelphia. (PA Bulletin, page 8272)

-- CNX Gas Company - NV 30 Well Pad: DEP received Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with aluminum, barium, boron, iron, lithium, manganese, selenium, strontium, vanadium, zinc, and chlorides in Morris Twp., Washington County.  (PA Bulletin, page 8274)

-- Sunoco Pipeline - Coal Township Release Site: DEP received Final Report on remediation of groundwater contaminated with unleaded gasoline in Coal Twp., Northumberland County.  (PA Bulletin, page 8273)

Air Quality Permits

-- NFG Midstream Covington, LLC - Covington Compressor Station: DEP issued Air Quality Plan approval for compressor station in Covington Twp., Tioga County.  (PA Bulletin, page 8275)

-- National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation - Mercer Compressor Station: DEP issued Air Quality Plan approval for compressor station in Jefferson Twp., Mercer County. (PA Bulletin, page 8276)

-- Laurel Mountain Midstream Operating, LLC - Cantaral Compressor Station: DEP inviting comments on proposed Air Quality Plan approval continued operation of a compressor station in Franklin Twp., Greene County. (PA Bulletin, page 8276)

-- Keyrock Environmental, LLC - Mine 84 Methane Flaring Site: DEP issued an Air Quality Operating permit for methane flaring site in North Bethlehem Twp., Washington County. (PA Bulletin, page 8278)

Chapter 105 Encroachment Permits

-- Williams Field Services Company, LLC - Natural Gas Gathering Lines: DEP issued Chapter 105 permit for the construction of natural gas gathering lines with multiple impacts on wetlands and stream crossings in Dimock and Jessup Townships, Susquehanna County. (PA Bulletin, page 8280
