The following DEP notices were published in the February 4 PA Bulletin related to oil and gas industry facilities.  Many of the notices offer the opportunity for public comments.

-- Chesapeake Appalachia LLC - Angie Well Pad 2: DEP received a Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with petroleum products in Auburn Twp., Susquehanna County.  (PA Bulletin, page 766)

-- Chesapeake Appalachia LLC - Water Impoundment: DEP received a Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with diesel fuel at the impoundment in Leroy Twp., Bradford County. (PA Bulletin, page 766)

-- Chesapeake Appalachia LLC - Hattie Well Pad: DEP approved a Final Report on remediation of oil contaminated with drilling wastewater in Wilmot Twp., Bradford County.  (PA Bulletin, page 768)

-- Coterra Energy, Inc. - M. Abbott Pad I: DEP received a Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with hydraulic oil at the well pad in Bridgewater Twp., Susquehanna County.  (PA Bulletin, page 766)

-- EQT Corporation - King Hippo Well Pad: DEP received a Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with aluminum, barium, boron, chloride, iron, lithium, manganese, selenium, strontium, vanadium, and zinc at a site in Richhill Twp., Greene County.   (PA Bulletin, page 766)

-- Newpark Drilling Fluids LLC - Release: DEP approved Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with oil-based drilling fluids in City of Williamsport, Lycoming County. (PA Bulletin, page 768)

-- SWN Production Company, LLC - Range Unit 52 Seamans Well Pad: DEP approved Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with drilling wastewater in Harford Twp., Susquehanna County. (PA Bulletin, page 768)

-- Philadelphia Energy Solutions Refinery: DEP approved a Remedial Investigation Report on remediation of groundwater contaminated with lead and organics in the City of Philadelphia.  (PA Bulletin, page 769)

-- EPP Renewable Energy, LLC - Landfill Gas Facility: DEP received application for WMGM055 General Permit for landfill gas facility in  Cumru Twp., Berks County.  (PA Bulletin, page 740)

Air Quality Permits

-- Assai Energy, LLC - Renewable Natural Gas Facility: DEP invites comments on an Air Quality Permit application for the installation of a larger open natural gas flare and to increase current permitted capacity of the facility in Throop Borough, Lackawanna County. (PA Bulletin, page 741)
