University Of Pittsburgh Hosts Feb. 6 Webinar: Reaping What We Spill, Leak And Spew

The University of Pittsburgh is hosting a webinar on February 6 on Reaping What We Spill, Leak and Spew from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m.

There is no doubt that humans impact the health of the environment and that the environment, in turn, impacts human health.

Where consensus can break down is in deciding how urgent it is to respond to these impacts and what form this response should take. This is where science and data become indispensable.

Panelists from various schools at the University of Pittsburgh will discuss how researchers can measure levels of contaminants in the environment; how they can determine the health effects that result; and how these factors are or can be affected by policy and regulations. Come join us to hear from and engage with these experts on these crucial issues!
