The following DEP notices were published in the April 15 PA Bulletin related to oil and gas industry facilities.  Many of the notices offer the opportunity for public comments.

Land Recycling/Brownfield Cleanups

-- Chesapeake Appalachia, LLC - State Game Lands-12P Unit 4H Well Pad: DEP received a Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with drilling wastewater in Franklin Twp., Bradford County.  (PA Bulletin, page 2106)

-- Range Resources-Appalachia, LLC - Range Infante Waterline: DEP received a Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with aluminum, barium, boron, chloride, iron, lithium, manganese, strontium, vanadium, zinc and selenium in Smith Twp., Washington County. (PA Bulletin, page 2107)

-- Chesapeake Appalachia LLC - Jones BRA Well Pad: DEP approved a Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with drilling wastewater in Standing Stone Twp, Bradford County. (PA Bulletin, page 2107)

-- Repsol Oil & Gas USA, LLC - DCNR Well Pad 587: DEP approved a Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with drilling wastewater in Ward Twp., Tioga County. (PA Bulletin, page 2108)

-- MarkWest Liberty Bluestone, LLC - Bluestone Gas Processing Plant: DEP invites comments on a proposed Air Quality Plan Approval for this facility in Jackson Twp., Butler County.  (PA Bulletin, page 2083)

-- Marcus Hook Energy LP - Marcus Hook Energy Center: DEP invites comments on proposed RACT II and III Air Quality Plans for the facility in Marcus Hook Borough, Delaware County.  Public hearing set for June 6 at DEP’s Southeast Regional Office.   (PA Bulletin, page 2085)

-- EQT ACO, LLC - Storage Tanks/Compressor Engines: DEP approved GP-5 Air Quality General Permit for a variety of air emission sources for a facility in Cummings Twp., Lycoming County.    (PA Bulletin, page 2109)

-- Eastern Gas Transmission & Storage Inc. - Helvetia Compressor Station: DEP revoked State Only Air Quality Permit after the agency confirmed the facility is being disassembled and sources removed in Brady Twp., Clearfield County.   (PA Bulletin, page 2110)

-- Olympus Energy, LLC - Access Road To Heracles Well Pad From SR-51: DEP issued Chapter 105 permit for multiple stream crossings and floodway impacts the project located in Elizabeth Twp., Allegheny County. (PA Bulletin, page 2115)

-- Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company, LLC - Pipeline Project: DEP invites comments on a Chapter 105 permit application for a stream stabilization project to protect an exposed 10-inch natural gas pipeline in Upper Merion Twp., Montgomery County.  (PA Bulletin, page 2121)
