Solar Energy Facility Decommissioning Bills On House Consumer Protection Committee Agenda For April 25

The House Consumer Protection, Technology & Utilities Committee is scheduled to hold a meeting April 25 to consider legislation to set standards for utility-scale solar energy facility decommissioning. 

The bills include House Bill 925 (Rapp-R-Warren) and Senate Bill 211 (Yaw-R-Lycoming).

The Senate passed Senate Bill 211 in March by a vote of 26 to 13. Read more here.
