The following DEP notices were published in the May 6 PA Bulletin related to oil and gas industry facilities.  Many of the notices offer the opportunity for public comments.

Land Recycling/Brownfield Cleanups

-- Coterra Energy, Inc. - J.Reilly Well Pad: DEP received a Final Report on remediation of  soil contaminated with production wastewater in Gibson Twp., Susquehanna County.  (PA Bulletin, page 2472)

-- EQT ARO LLC - Salt Run Well Pad A: DEP received Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with production wastewater for the well pad in Cascade Twp., Lycoming County.  (PA Bulletin, page 2471)

--EQT Corporation- Carpenter Well Pad. DEP received a Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with aluminum, barium, boron, chloride, iron, lithium, manganese, selenium, strontium, vanadium, and zinc located in Center Twp., Greene County. (PA Bulletin, page 2472)

-- Repsol Oil & Gas USA, LLC - OMR Well Pad: DEP approved a Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with production wastewater in Hamilton Twp., Tioga County. (PA Bulletin, page 2473)

-- Blackhill Energy LLC - Jackson A Well Pad: DEP approved a Final Report on remediation of soil contaminated with production wastewater in Springfield Twp., Bradford County. (PA Bulletin, page 2473)

-- Blackhill Energy, LLC - Young Beneficial Reuse Facility: DEP issued WMGR123 General Permit for oil and gas liquid waste handling located in Springfield Twp., Bradford County. (PA Bulletin, page 2475)

Air Quality Permits

-- National Fuel Gas - Roystone Compressor Station: DEP invites comments on Title V Air Quality permit for the compressor station in Sheffield Twp., Warren County. (PA Bulletin, page 2452)

-- Energy Developments Morgantown, LLC - Landfill Gas Plant: DEP invites comments on Title V Air Quality permit for this landfill gas plant in Caernarvon Twp., Berks County.  (PA Bulletin, page 2453)

-- Alpaca Energy LLC - Natural Gas Power Plant: DEP invites comments on a state Only Air Quality Operating Permit for the facility in Canton Twp., Bradford County. (PA Bulletin, page 2453)

-- National Fuel Gas Midstream Covington, LLC - DCNR Tract 595 Compressor Station: DEP issued Air Quality Plan Approval for compressor station located in Bloss Twp., Tioga County. (PA Bulletin, page 2475)

-- Diversified Prod, LLC - Nineveh 58 Well Pad: DEP approved de minimis air emission increase for the well pad located in Morris Twp., Washington County. (PA Bulletin, page 2478)

-- CPV Fairview, LLC - CPV Fairview Energy Center: DEP extended Air Quality Plan Approval for temporary operation of this 1,050 MW natural gas power plant in Jackson Twp., Cambria County. (PA Bulletin, page 2477)
