The following DEP notices were published in the September 9 PA Bulletin related to oil and gas industry facilities.  Many of the notices offer the opportunity for public comments.

Land Recycling/Brownfield Cleanups

-- Seneca Resources Company - Beechwood Shale Gas Well Pad: DEP received Notice of Intent to remediate soil contaminated with production wastewater for facility located in Shippen Twp., Cameron County.  (PA Bulletin, page 5633)

Air Quality Permits

-- Elkhorn Gas Processing LLC - Roystone: DEP invites comments on renewal of State Only Air Quality Permit for natural gas processing facility located in Sheffield Twp., Warren County.   (PA Bulletin, page 5636)

-- Tenaska - Natural Gas Power Plant: DEP extended temporary air quality operating permit for the facility located in South Huntingdon Twp., Westmoreland County.  (PA Bulletin, page 5660)

Chapter 105 Encroachment Permits

-- NFG Midstream Wellsboro, LLC - Natural Gas & Waterline Pipelines: DEP issued Chapter 105 permit for pipeline projects in Delmar and Shippen Townships, Tioga County.  (PA Bulletin, page 5662)

Erosion & Sedimentation Permits

-- Seneca Resources Co. LLC: DEP issued Chapter 102 permit for a project impacting Baldwin Run (High Quality) located in Delmar Twp., Tioga County. (PA Bulletin, page 5664)

-- Rice Drilling B, LLC: DEP issued Chapter 102 permit for a project impacting North Branch Pidgeon Creek located in Somerset Twp., Washington County. (PA Bulletin, page 5664)
