-- NFG Midstream Wellsboro, LLC - Natural Gas & Waterline Pipelines: DEP issued Chapter 105 permit for pipeline projects in Delmar and Shippen Townships, Tioga County.  (PA Bulletin, page 5662)

Erosion & Sedimentation Permits

-- Seneca Resources Co. LLC: DEP issued Chapter 102 permit for a project impacting Baldwin Run (High Quality) located in Delmar Twp., Tioga County. (PA Bulletin, page 5664)

-- Rice Drilling B, LLC: DEP issued Chapter 102 permit for a project impacting North Branch Pidgeon Creek located in Somerset Twp., Washington County. (PA Bulletin, page 5664)
