Crawford Conservation Districts Hosts “Pasture Walk” on August 7

On August 7 the Crawford County Conservation District will host a “Pasture Walk” to showcase farm conservation practices.

Participants will see examples of farm conservation practices like fencing options, windmill technology, rotational grazing, a flout milking parlor waste system and more walking around the Troyer Farm near Guys Mills.

Financial support for this project was provided by the Western Pennsylvania Watershed Program and the Pennsylvania Grazing/Forage Lands Conservation Coalition.
