Allegheny County Health Dept. Sponsoring Global Warming Poster Contest

The Allegheny County Health Department is sponsoring its ninth annual environmental poster contest for students in grades 6-8 with the theme of “Global Warming.” The deadline for entries is February 22. Winners will be announced in conjunction with Earth Day celebrations next April. The goal of the contest is to help students learn about the causes, effects and possible solutions to climate change.
